Perfect for a variety of occasions including Cardiff hen parties, stag do's and birthday parties, this wacky activity includes a line-up of events that you won’t find at any old sports day! 

The Cardiff Knockout Games are filled with out of the ordinary activities, where else would you be able to be part of a human foam washing machine? 

You and your team mates can see just how good you are at running on a bungee and chucking soaking wet sponges at your opponents. Maybe you’ll have a hidden talent for scrambling through inflatable tunnels! 

You’ll be able to compete in Cardiff’s Knockout Games with a minimum of eight participants and remember to wear casual clothing, trainers and some spares as it’ll be getting wet and messy. And let’s not forget that fancy dress is very much encouraged!
