Our People Team offer a weekly drop-in clinic, a safe place to drop past – in person or virtually - to discuss any issues at work or home. We provide a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for employees and their loved ones because we know that sometimes things get on top of us and can feel overwhelming.
Our fabulous Employee Engagement Champions work with the People Team on three key strands: Diversity & Inclusion, Environmental Awareness and Connection. They organise charity initiatives, team building challenges, team socials, send out pulse surveys, and facilitate connection via our employee Hub.
