Cocktail Making in Cardiff kicks off with a bang as you’re welcomed with a delicious caipirinha drinks reception, which are so good they’ve won awards! Lively Latin American restaurant, Las Iguanas, is your host and gets the good times, laughs and drinks flowing with this fun, interactive session. Your dedicated bartender will demonstrate the best cocktail making techniques before you all have a turn, muddling and mixing at least two cocktails each. Will yours pass the taste test? As well as drinking lots of samples, you’ll also take part in some fun cocktail making games, sure to break the ice for your birthday or hen weekend in Cardiff, encourage friendly competition and get you giggling. The session ends with a farewell drink and some delicious tapas. Choose one dish each from the fantastic set menu. Las Iguanas Cardiff is in the heart of the city centre, within easy walking distance of Cardiff train station and the Millennium Stadium.

Age restriction: 18+. Please bring proof of ID. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session starts. If you are late, the class will not be extended. Choose to make two cocktails from a set menu. Dress code: Smart casual. No trainers, sportswear, hats or hoods. We haven’t listed all of the ingredients in every dish. Some dishes may contain bones. Our chicken, duck & lamb are Halal. Any allergies/intolerances? Please let your server know. We may need to change or withdraw this menu from time-to-time due to local events. Timings on groups: For large groups taking part in an activity timings may vary depending on the group and venue, please ensure that adequate time is left between any activities taking place elsewhere afterwards – Las Iguanas cannot be held responsible in any-way for guests being late to or not attending activities elsewhere after attending either a meal or activity at one of our venues.
