As the festive season comes around, the venue plays host to a number of unforgettable Christmas events, including shared party nights.

Payment

A deposit of £20 per person is required to confirm your booking (£50 deposit for All Inclusive
Party Nights & New Year’s Eve Celebrations). Your booking is not guaranteed until your
deposit has been received. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost deposits
due to changes in numbers, may not be redeemed against the final balance.
Full payment of the outstanding balance is required 6 weeks prior to the event date.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of the event date will require full prepayment within 5 days to
guarantee the space.
Bookings over 25 guests may be subject to a separate contract with different terms and
payment conditions.

Cancellation

Bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of the event date are non-refundable and will be subject
to full charges. For bookings cancelled prior to 6 weeks of the event date the deposit payment
will not be refunded.

Menus

Menu choices and dietary requirements must be provided at least 6 weeks in advance of the
function date. Changes to menu choices within 6 weeks of the event may incur additional
charges. An additional charge may occur for dietary requirements provided by specialist
suppliers. Should you have any concerns regarding food allergens, please ask a member of
staff who will provide you with detailed ingredients for each dish. The hotel reserves the right
to make changes to the menus or substitute items which may become unavailable.

General terms

All rates quoted are subject to availability and correct at time of publishing.
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%. This price will be subject to change with any
increase in the rate of VAT.
The venue reserves the right to cancel or amend an event for any reason at its discretion, in
this instance all payments made will be refunded. This may include amalgamating events to
ensure appropriate numbers or moving an event to a smaller / larger room should numbers
dictate.

The venue reserves the right to change the advertised artists without prior notice in the
unfortunate circumstances of force majeure, ill health, or forces beyond our control.
The venue does not allow alcohol, aerosols, or novelties to be brought onto the premises and
reserve the right to confiscate alcohol, aerosols, or novelties.
Guests under 18 years old may be restricted at some events, please check at time of booking.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the company,
organiser or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour.

Covid-19

The venue accepts its obligation to comply with any legislation from the UK Government in
relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. The venue may be required to impose restrictions for the
event which may include limiting the number of guests, food and drink availability and
planned entertainment. If Government legislation means your booking can not be honoured,
then an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
In the scenario where we are required to close our venue, we will propose at least one
alternative date for your event; should the proposed new event date(s) not be suitable, we
will offer a full refund.
