Dance Party Experience was co-founded in 2010 by dance industry professionals Penelope and Michelle. They set out to provide the slickest, freshest dance classes around. They’ve since built up a team of professionals who’ve worked with the biggest stars and danced on the biggest stages to help in their mission. Between them, they’ve worked for Madonna, Rihanna, Florence and the Machine, Strictly Come Dancing, X-Factor, and they even shook hips alongside Shakira. The instructors are specially trained to deliver amazing party experiences as well as sick dance routines, specialising in hen and birthday parties, although all occasions, genders and identities are catered for. On booking, a dedicated events manager is allocated to help in the organisation of your event and ensure you have the best experience possible from start to finish. Classes teach choreographed routines based on the hottest dance trends around, from the bootilicious moves of Queen Bey, to Strictly footwork and RuPaul’s Drag Race. All abilities are welcome and the classes are tailored to the group.

Terms and Conditions

•	Time Keeping – It is the group’s responsibility to arrive for their class on time as the finishing time cannot be extended. All the studios we use are hired on an hourly basis and will usually have a class starting straight afterward.
•	Accessories – One type of FREE themed accessory included per booking for the Hen, Birthday and Kids Dance Experience packages. The accessory will be confirmed upon booking. These details are per the booking confirmation email. Any accessory changes must be done a minimum of 21 days prior to the party. Accessories are not kept at the studios. The accessories are to be used at the Dance Experience only and must be returned to the Dance Party Experience teacher at the end of the lesson.
•	Theme, Song / Music Mashup choice must be confirmed a minimum of 21 days prior to the party. These details are per the booking confirmation email.
•	All adults Hen & Birthday parties are 18+ events. Most Dance Studios we use for these events have an 18+ insurance policy and do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to use their facilities. There are some studios that allow all age groups including minors. Please get in touch with your event manager and they will recommend the best studios to accommodate your request.
 
Cancellations
•	Studio hire payments are non-refundable.
•	Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will incur no further charge.
•	Cancellations less than 14 days will be charged at 100% of the total fee.
•	Cancellation fees apply to each individual persons attending the dance party, however the group booking cannot fall below the minimum-booking fee as set out in these terms and conditions respective of location, regardless of the party size.
 
Cancellations In Regards To Covid-19
•	We work in conjunction with the government guidelines which you can view here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public. Should the government put travel restrictions in place or put cities on lockdown, we will offer groups a FREE reschedule to a date that suits them in the upcoming months, as we don’t like groups to feel they’re losing out and we want to party with you.
•	In the event that we have to cancel your party due to a studio closure or a teacher in regards to Covid-19, you will receive a full refund.
•	If the dance party can go ahead but you choose to cancel with less than 14 days notice, there will be no refund available.
 
Liability
•	Participants participate at their own risk.
•	Dance Party Experience takes as much care as possible to ensure a safe experience and environment for all participants. This includes ensuring all equipment; accessories and dance space are safe for practice and having the appropriate public liability insurance.
•	All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk and Dance Party Experience can not be responsible for claims for injury, damage, loss or death unless caused by the negligence of Dance Party Experience.
•	Participants should ensure they have adequate insurance to cover any activity they undertake.
•	Dance is a physical activity which can cause the internal body temperature to rise, you may get hot, please dress appropriately.
 
Media
•	Dance Party Experience occasionally uses stills and footage of our dance experiences for marketing purposes. In taking part, participants agree to grant us royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and otherwise use the material in any media worldwide.
•	A copy of your chosen music mash up will be sent electronically once the party has been delivered and not before. We do not own the rights to any of the music and the mash ups are made for private entertainment purposes only.
