Bounce Below in Snowdonia is an epic underground net adventure that takes place in a 176-year-old disused cavern! Llechwedd Slate Cavern used to be a mine and it’s now lit by technicoloured lights.

It’s absolutely enormous, we’re talking twice the size of St Paul’s Cathedral! You’ve got to see it to believe it. It’s now been transformed into the best playground ever with trampoline nets concealed inside.

Think trampolining is just for kids? Think again! You’ll have the time of your life as you bounce, jump, slide and climb around during your Snowdonia stag do, birthday celebration or hen party in Snowdonia. And these are no ordinary trampolines, guys and girls.

The nets are hung within two huge chambers at different levels with the top one around 180 feet up! Even though you’re underground, you’re so high up. Pretty cool, huh?

The nets are linked by tunnels, netted walk ways and slides. Yes, you read that right. All together now, weeeeeeee!

Please note, this experience won't be available until 2021. Please don't enquire for 2020 dates. Age restriction: 18+. Duration: One hour. Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time. Weight and heigh restrictions: Maximum weight: 120kg. Minimum height: 1.2m. Dress code: Trainers and clothing you can move in. Please note, the nets are abrasive so clothing may catch on them. No flip flops, sandals or walking boots. Tie long hair back and remove jewellery. Please let us know about any medical conditions. May not be suitable for those with spine or heart conditions.

The bounce below site had plenty to do. They had the intitial bounce below caverns but there were also caverns which you could climb. Separate payment. There is a group of ziplines there one being titan. The location was also in a slate quarry similar to zipworld. Friendly staff great fun. Don't do this with a hang over lol

Loved it I was dubious how good this was going to be it so much fun and an hour was about the right amount of time would recommend anyone doing this activity.
