Hosted by a friendly and professional mixologist, you’ll learn everything you need to know to create your very own molecular, themed concoctions.

There’s no need to worry about buying ingredients or any special scientific equipment for this experience, as everything will supplied.

Watch on as your mixologist provides demonstrations of the drinks you’ll be making, using scientific methods such as ph colour changing, spherification, equilibrium and molecular foams.

Next up, it’s your turn! You’ll create three molecular cocktails each using a fusion of professional bar and scientific equipment – prepare to be wowed!

Throughout the session, you’ll also be able to get stuck into some fun and interactive drinking games, perfect for keeping the good times flowing.
