Tucked away in the attic of one of Brighton's coolest bars, is The London Road Police Station, where you have the chance to stage your own jailbreak.

Come to Brighton's great Escape Room - Escape the Cell - and be put behind bars, handcuffed, with your best inmates.

You’ve been arrested for robbing a vault, and now it’s time to use your grey matter and work as a team to escape your cell.

You’ll only have 40 minutes to escape, so you better be quick!

Escape the Cell is hidden inside the quirky bar and coffee house in central Brighton, Presuming Ed's. With a dedicated bar & kitchen and sociable and friendly staff, your team (of up to 100 people!) is guaranteed to have fun.

Ideal if you’re celebrating a special occasion like a Brighton hen party, birthday bash or team building activity!

Important information

Escape the Cell holds a maximum of seven people, this means up to seven people can play at any one time. Please note, this is an entry-level escape room, ideal for those who want a first escape room experience, but is also entertaining for escape room veterans. Times: This experience takes place at 45 minutes past the hour. Monday - Wednesday 10.45am-5.45pm, Thursday 10.45am-10.45pm, Friday and Saturday 10.45am until midnight, Sunday 10.45am-5.45pm. The escape room is in a bar/cafe (Presuming Ed’s Coffee House) and drinks are allowed in the escape room.

It may only be a 49 minute puzzle but it was fantastic I especially love the plot lines that are given and the bar is excellent

2adults and 2 children 9 and6 . Even though most of the time the tasks were above our 6 yr olds head she still had great fun ! Good time to work as a team . We almost made it to the end but we were allowed a couple of minutes to actually get out after answering all the questions . Good support from ‘base’ who ensures we were having a fun time !

Brilliant experience! Great fun with lots of help available if needed but not too imposing if you like to work out the puzzles on your own. Nice level of difficulty.

A great experience was had by all. 1st time we had been to one and took my 13 and 15 year old along. We started well but struggled towards the end.!Staff helped us along so we manage to complete it. We would certainly try a different room next time well recommended.👍👍😊😊
