What's involved
It's important to take some time out to focus on ourselves. In the workplace, it can be easy to get caught up in the rush of meetings, deadlines and never-ending spreadsheets. That’s why the Corporate Yoga class in Cardiff is there to help you and your team relax, whenever or wherever you need it. You can choose to hold the yoga class in a suitable office space, hired venue or at the park. Your yoga instructor will bring all the mats needed for your team and make sure the class is tailored to meet all ability levels – even if you can’t touch your toes! You’ll work though some traditional yoga poses as well as practice breathing technique to enhance your meditation and feel truly zen. Your team will be realigned and ready to conquer the day in no time. Can we get an ‘Ommm?!’
Important information
Please make your yoga teacher aware of any injuries or physical conditions prior to the class.
Please also let the activity provider know if any participants are pregnant, as depending on what trimester they are in, will depend on whether they can be accommodated.
Your yoga teacher will be able to teach all levels of yoga and can cater to different experience levels within the group.
The yoga teacher will arrive 15 minutes before the start time to set up and to ensure the space you have set aside is sufficient.
Please save a parking space for the teacher as they will be carrying a lot of mats. However, there may be occasions when the mats cannot be provided, in which case you will be asked to bring your own or provide a towel. This will be communicated to you before your class.
