The professional chefs at Brighton’s Cookery School have designed a practical cookery class that shows you how to make a masterful three-course meal.

You’ll learn culinary skills along with tips and tricks of the trade, all the while enjoying free-flowing drinks. Not even Gregg Wallace’s serious sweet tooth would fail to be impressed.

On arrival, you’ll be served bubbly before being shown the ropes in the kitchen. Over two and a half hours you’ll get hands-on instruction, from prepping to plating up.

And when you’re ready to yell ‘Service!’, you’ll be able to sit down at the table and enjoy your own creations over lunch or dinner.
