What's involved

No longer taboo, pole dancing is a brilliant way to keep fit and spend quality time with the girls.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never had a go before; an attentive, professional pole instructor will be on hand to teach you some impressive tricks and spins.

Pole dancing is fantastic for building strength, flexibility and, most of all, your confidence. It's great for a special occasion like a birthday bash or hen do in Bournemouth.

The private venue in the town centre gives you a chance to learn and practice some sexy new moves in a relaxing and supportive environment. The emphasis is on fun and this activity will undoubtedly have you all giggling as you show off your new-found pole skills.

When it comes to clothes, less is more! For your body to grip the pole best, we recommend bare legs and arms but make sure you’re comfy and wear something that allows lots of movement. We know you'll leave Pole Dancing in Bournemouth with smiles on your faces.

Important information

Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 10am-6pm. Please note, this venue may not be final. The venue for this activity will be confirmed approximately two weeks prior to your weekend date. This is due to the supplier working with a wide range of venues. It is at the discretion of the instructor and/or venue if the group wish to bring alcohol. Please notify us ASAP if you intend to do this. Please note, these activities are not always held in dance studios. The venue allocated could be a bar, nightclub or hotel conference room, for example.
