If you’re after some friendly competition with a bit of nostalgia thrown in then this School Sports Day in Manchester is perfect for your team building day out.

Think egg and spoon, wheelbarrow and space hopper races to really bring out that big kid in you as you battle against other teams for that coveted first place position.

You’ll be split into ‘houses’ in order to compete and given different coloured bibs. Yes, this really is like going back to school!

After you’re in your teams the event coordinator will go through the rules of the games before shouting those nerve-wracking words ‘3…2…1…GO!’.

You’ll need to use your teamwork and communication skills for these games as you trust your teammates in the wheelbarrow race and communicate in the three-legged race!
