Head to Revolution Deansgate Locks, located in Manchester’s distinctive converted railway arches, south of the city centre, for a jam-packed cocktail masterclass!

A Tom Collins with a twist reception kicks things off and will get you all in the mood for some cocktail making.

As you relax with your drinks, your expert mixologist will take you through the history of cocktails and cocktail making, along with the tools and products you’ll be using.

Now it’s your turn! You’ll each get to go behind the bar to shake, stir, muddle and make a killer cocktail of your choice – and the best part, you get to drink them too!

With fun, interactive games and the drinks flowing, Cocktail Making in Manchester guarantees a day to remember. But it doesn’t stop there, as you make your way to the seated area to enjoy a delicious two-course meal and more quality time with the girls.

Ideal for a variety of occasions including Manchester hen parties, stag do's, birthdays and plenty more, we're certain that you and your group will love your experience. After all, is there really anything better than the combination of cocktails and food?

Important information

Age restriction: 18+. Please bring proof of ID. Please be aware, this activity cannot go ahead with less than six group members, even if the additional places are paid for as a supplement. This is due to UK licensing laws. The minimum number of eight still applies, and if there are less than eight people (six or more), a supplement will be required. Please note, inflatable items are not permitted in any Revolution venues. The two-course meal is from a set menu. Choose either a starter and a main, or a main and dessert. Menus subject to change. Please let us know of any dietary requirements. Please note that everyone must have the same course combination either Starters and Mains or Mains and Desserts. Please note you must send your groups full pre-order no later than two weeks prior to your event date, if this is not received then Revolution Bars reserve the right to serve you a buffet with no refund.

The cocktail making class was brilliant. Everyone enjoyed it. The only thing they didn't have the food we ordered on the day so we had to order alternative. Most of the girls were not happy about this as they only eat certain meat. The service in the restaurant was very slow also. Other than this it was a great night overall

We booked for 6pm and didn’t start the cocktail making until after 8pm. We had pre ordered food which was very poor quality and took over an hour to arrive despite being pre-ordered. 2 members of the party’s orders were wrong with one of them after waiting an extra 15 minutes for her food found a number of bones in the meal! It was also off a different menu to what you advertise, we could also only select main and dessert when you advertise the choice of starter/ main or main/ dessert. When we started our cocktail making the bar tender was great but it did feel rushed and the experience again didn’t match the description on the website.
