What's involved

Brighton is the ultimate destination to celebrate any occasion. Head to the party mecca West Street and home of Revolution.

A Tom Collins with a twist kicks off the fun and games before the professional mixologist teaches you the secrets of cocktail mixology and ask you to join them behind the bar for a combination of shaking, muddling, stirring and mixing.

To up the fun of cocktail making in Brighton, you can participate in some friendly competition with hilarious drinking games led by the mixologist that'll get you all laughing!

After your cocktail mixing session, you'll head to your table and sit down to your two course meal. You'll need to pre-order from the menu and either choose a starter and main, or main and dessert from our classic tasty menu.

Choose from a great set menu and round off the meal with some sweet desserts. Delicious fun for a night out, birthday party or hen party in Brighton.

The cocktail making was great fun, the hosts were great fun and playful! The meal was lovely and tasty. the only thing we have to comment on was the toilet doors didn’t have a lock and as a larger group we were split up for the meal but still enjoyed ourselves.

Cocktail class was great, everyone had a great time. Unfortunately after finishing our class at 1.30 we didn't get our starter until 2.30 and our mains didn't arrive until 3.30! After talking to numerous member of staff, none of whom had any idea what was going on, but were very apolgetic! 1 person took our drinks order order whole time we were there!

Poppy who looked after us was amazing and made cocktail making the best activity that we did over the weekend! It was great. However the food was disappointing the people who ordered steak all told them a preference on how it was to be cooked and we had to send them all back. They did give one of us a free drink because they couldn't eat it she asked for well done and it was still mooing!!

Definitely recommend the Cocktail making at revolution bar. Our Barman Will was fantastic and we all said we hadn't laughed so much for that 1hr 30mins. Food was good after for the pre booked lunch
