What's involved

Brighton is the ultimate destination to celebrate any occasion with a non-stop party atmosphere and buzzing bars.

Head to the party mecca West Street and home in on Revolution. With a festive atmosphere as soon as you arrive, cocktail making in Brighton kicks off the fun with a Tom Collins twist each.

Our professional mixologist will teach you the secrets of cocktail mixology and ask you to join them behind the bar for a combination of shaking, muddling, stirring and mixing.

Anyone not drinking? For those in your group who prefer a mocktail, simply purchase the 'Mocktail Drinker' add-on package.

To accompany your cocktails, we will provide a selection of tasty snacks to keep you sustained throughout the session. On the other side of the bar, you can participate in some friendly competition with hilarious drinking games!

Please be aware, this activity cannot go ahead with less than six group members, even if the additional places are paid for as a supplement. This is due to UK licensing laws. The minimum number of eight still applies, and if there are less than eight people (six or more), a supplement will be required. Please be advised that any add-ons must be purchased after initial experience purchase. Menus are subject to change. Please note, inflatable items are not permitted in any Revolution venues.

Our food is prepared in our busy kitchens (not a big factory with segregated production lines) so we really can’t guarantee any of our food is allergen-free or that the risk of cross-contamination has been completely eliminated. Our cocktail making experience was excellent, we had Katie leading us for our class, and she was amazing. It was for my mums hen do, safe to say she enjoyed herself along with the rest of the hens! Was Definatly worth the money also!

Josh - our bartender was fab - how he keeps a straight face whilst spilling out so many innuendos is beyond me. Somebody from Hen Heaven rang to say they were changing the format - if it was good before it was absolutely excellent - hospitatlity, food, banter, drink , venue fantastic. We spend the rest of the evening in revolution and the bouncers were very mindful of young guys pestering the girls etc and checked on regular occasions that we were happy and were we bothering them - the next night we went back again and the same bouncer was watching from a distance and stepping in if he felt it necessary. Excellent = so top marks to Josh and the bouncer - don't know his name shortish guy blond short hair... but they should both be told how fab they were.

The Cocktail Making Class was excellent, would definitely recommend! After the class a few of us got some extra food just some Nacho's and a Gluten Free Chicken Burger. These took probably over an hour to arrive, the Nacho's came and the waitress said 'here are your nacho's & burger' but the burger never made an appearance. We had obviously other things planned so we had to get a refund for this burger and leave. Apart from this the actual Cocktail making experience was brilliant, just a shame that the service afterwards let the bar down a little.
