Caving

What's involved

Explore an underground world with a caving experience in the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales.

A professional and experienced instructor will lead the way, getting you kitted out in a suit, helmet and torch before you enter the cave system via the large underground entrance.

Follow them through hidden passages and explore fascinating rock formations and chambers.

Make your way through by waking, crawling, scrambling and sliding.

Porth Yr Rogof is one of the most popular caves within the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales.

Most of the route is walking height but there will be some crawl-through spaces that’ll challenge you.

Remember to give your group plenty of encouragement. You can do it!
