Can I decorate the area for a special occasion?

This completely depends on the venue! Pop them a message before your event and see if you can decorate the table or area for your special occasion. Some venues will prohibit balloons but may accept banners or table decorations. Please check with the provider so you know exactly what you can bring on the day to make it as special as possible for the hen, birthday person or for any other occasion!

What do I wear for Afternoon Tea?

Normally, the code of conduct is smart casual and if it’s for a special occasion it might be nice to all dress your best. However, it’s understandable that some groups may want to come in fancy dress for a hen party or birthday celebration. It’s always better to check beforehand so you don’t turn up on the day in a tutu whilst everyone else is in posh wear!
