Go-Experience have been offering a huge range of entertainment experiences to the UK public since 2006 and have been expanding the activities and locations they offer ever since! The Go-Experience team have their offices in the glorious seaside town of Brighton, with friendly staff on-hand to answer any queries you may have. They work endlessly hard to ensure only the best choreographers, make-up artists and directors are there for your special day. From birthday parties, hen and stag dos, and team-building exercises, whatever your occasion Go-Experience has you covered. Try a Pop Video Experience that sees you star in your very own music video. With a make-up artist, choreographer and director on-hand throughout your session you’ll be looking like a pro in no time.

EXPERIENCES
We offer a range of entertainment based experiences in various locations around the UK. Costs and current availability of session times and locations are available by contacting the office. We reserve the right to change the cost of activities, events, packages etc if changes are imposed on us. We reserve the right to change the content, date and location of the activity, event or package if we or the facilitators deem it necessary. You will be notified at our earliest opportunity if we need to do this. In the event that Go Experience Ltd or The Show Team Productions Ltd cannot re-date or re-locate the activity, event or package, etc then a full refund will be issued. It is the group’s responsibility to arrive at their chosen activity on time, as the finishing time of an activity cannot be extended. Go Experience/ The Show Team/our facilitators reserve the right to refuse entry to a venue, or exclude anyone or group of persons, if participants are deemed to be under the influence of excessive alcohol and/or drugs, or deemed unfit, unreasonable or irresponsible. No refund will be issued in such circumstances 
 
CONTRIBUTING MATERIAL
Occasionally we use stills / footage of our experiences for marketing purposes. In taking part guests agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any media worldwide.  
 
COPYRIGHT
Participants in The Pop Video experience receive a DVD of the final performance. Material on the edited DVD, including text and images and video footage, is protected by copyright. Copyright in all materials and/or works remains with Go Experience Ltd and other copyright owner(s) as specified. The DVD soundtrack is subject to MCPS/PPL licences held by Go Experience Ltd. The DVD may not be copied, reproduced, broadcast or transmitted in any way. Prior written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained for any other use of material.  
 
LIABILITY
Go Experience/The Show Team take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe experience and environment for all guests. These steps include but are not limited to: undertaking a full risk assessment at each experience venue, having sufficient facilitator to guest ratio, presenting a full and thorough health and safety explanation, ensuring all equipment and props are safe and thoroughly checked, and having appropriate public liability insurance.

All activities are undertaken at the guests own risk, and Go Experience/The Show Team cannot be responsible for claims for death, injury, damage or loss, unless caused by the negligence of Go Experience/The Show Team. At no time should guests endanger themselves or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws. Guests should ensure they have adequate insurance to cover any activity they are taking part in.  
 
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
Go Experience/The Show Team request payment in full two weeks before the experience takes place. We will issue an invoice in respect of each individual booking. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if cleared funds are not in place before the date of the experience. If a booking is cancelled with more than 28 days notice prior to commencement of activity:  no payment will be due to us If a booking is cancelled with 14-28 days notice prior to commencement of activity:  50% of the invoice total will be due If a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice prior to commencement of activity:  100 % of the invoice total will be due 
 
Drop In numbers: Numbers may drop only as low as the minimum group size for the chosen activity, otherwise, the equivalent payment must still be met. Final confirmation of numbers must be received no less than 14 days prior to commencement of activity. No further drop in numbers after this date can be accepted.
