Grosvenor Casinos operate dozens of casinos all around the UK. Their buzzing entertainment hubs can be found in various cities including London, Nottingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds and Cardiff. They offer a bespoke customer experience that allows its users to gamble safely in poker rooms, a roulette and blackjack tables and on a host of exciting slot machines. Their bars are tended by professional mixologists who can whip you up delectable cocktails or serve you a choice of beers, a selection of wines or premium spirits. And, if you’re feeling peckish, their mouth-watering menu is sure to satisfy your appetite. Choose from a range of dishes including burgers, curries, fish and a selection of desserts.

We do not guarantee any specific table, however we shall endeavour to accommodate table requests where possible.
If a pre order is required for all groups of 10+ please ensure this is sent back to the appropriate Sales Executive no later than 7 days prior the booking date. Please note we cannot guarantee to accommodate your pre order requirements if this deadline is not adhered to.

Tables are only reserved for 15 minutes. If you are running late, please contact the restaurant and inform them to secure your table for longer. At very busy periods, if you are more than 30 minutes late we may ask you to skip a course. Please note at peak times (such as throughout December) we allow 1.5 hour seating for lunch and 2 hours for dinner.

Any decrease in numbers of large groups (10+) or once final balance has been paid within 48 hours of the booking, will still be charged in full.

Cancellation policy: We work a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any booking cancelled within 48 hours will not receive a refund of the final balance paid. When final balance has been paid, any decrease to numbers will still be charged, no refund will be given. Any increase in numbers within 48 hours must be paid directly to the site by cash or card.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Any persons deemed to be intoxicated will be refused entry and forfeit deposits or full pre-payments with no refund. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Entry to the casinos is confined to personsof at least 18 years of age. Grosvenor Casinos applies a “think 21” policy (“think 25” in Scotland) to comply with licensing requirements.
Grosvenor Casinos' dress code is smart casual, which means that while trainers are acceptable they shouldn't be dirty or tattered. Similarly, jeans are fine, although tracksuit bottoms and fancy dress are not suitable.
The management of the venue reserves the right to refuse admission (or any ongoing entry) to the venue in accordance with their ‘House Terms’ (as applicable depending on venue) and their decision shall be final.  The ‘House Terms can be found here:

Guests may be asked to register their personal details and provide valid photo ID.  
Other than guide dogs (or assistance dogs) no animals shall be permitted.  
These terms and conditions incorporate and should be read in accordance with the venue, conditions and regulations, copies of which are available upon request from the venue. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in relation to venue requirements, those of the venue shall prevail.  
The organiser of the venue reserves the right to make alterations to the published event programme where reasonably necessary.
