This mobile class will come to your home or venue of choice and is a great idea for a birthday, hen do in Sheffield or even just for fun with friends!

Hosted by a professional mixologist, you’ll be taught a variety of scientific processes during the session, including ph colour changing, spherification, equilibrium and molecular foam.

Everything will be supplied for this activity, so you can relax and focus on looking forward to this unique experience.

Your mixologist will provide a quick intro to the class, before moving onto demonstrations of the drinks you’ll be making using a mix of professional bar and scientific equipment.

It will then be your turn to have a go! Every member of the group will create three innovative, molecular cocktails each using the scientific methods observed.

Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten a step, as your mixologist will be on hand to guide!
