Taking place at your home or your choice of venue in Newquay, this 1.5-hour mobile class is great for celebrating a variety of occasions, including birthdays, Newquay hen parties or simply for fun!

Your class with be hosted by an expert mixologist, who will guide you through the scientific processes you’ll use to create your concoctions.

All equipment and ingredients will be provided, and after a quick intro to the session, it won’t be long until you’re watching some incredible drink demonstrations.

Be amazed as you observe scientific methods such as ph colour changing, spherification, equilibrium and molecular foams.

Next up, it’ll be your turn to have a go! Each group member will create three unique and innovative cocktails using a combination of professional bar and laboratory equipment.
