As soon as you begin Cocktail Making in Liverpool, you’ll receive a welcome Tom Collins with a twist each to sip on before the real fun begins!
Watch a range of demonstrations from the professional bar tender who will show you the ropes as well as giving lots of hints and tips before you head behind the bar yourself!
Interactive games are incorporated throughout this session for you and your group to get stuck into and enjoy.
There’s no need to bring anything other than your energy and eagerness to create some great cocktails!
You’ll be making everyone’s pre-drinks before you know it with your new-found skills!
After the Cocktail Making session is over you’ll head to your table where you’ll receive a delicious two-course meal to enjoy surrounded by your friends.
Age restriction: 18+. Please bring proof of ID.
Please be aware, this activity cannot go ahead with less than six group members, even if the additional places are paid for as a supplement. This is due to UK licensing laws.
The minimum number of eight still applies, and if there are less than eight people (six or more), a supplement will be required.
Please note, inflatable items are not permitted in any Revolution venues.
Two-course meal is from a set menu. Choose from either a starter and a main, or a main and a dessert. Menus subject to change. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.
Please note that everyone must have the same course combination either Starters and Mains or Mains and Desserts.

Cajun Popcorn Shrimp
Lightly battered shrimp bites with a pop of cajun spice. Served with zesty lemon mayo.

The Blackened Chicken Burger
Chicken breast, Cajun seasoning, garlic butter, lettuce, beef tomato, red onion, smashed avocado, mayonnaise, sesame seeded brioche bun with skin on fries.
Two beef patties, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, beef tomato, red onion, mayonnaise, sesame seeded brioche bun with skin on fries.
Pea, Mint and Courgette Risotto
Pea, mint and courgette risotto, extra virgin olive oil, black peppercorn and micro lemon balm.
Glazed Half Roast Chicken
Half roast chicken with Sriracha sauce OR Rib tickler BBQ sauce served with skin on fries and house salad.
The Beet Burger
Beetroot coriander & mint burger, wholemeal seeded bun, lettuce, beef tomato, red onions, smashed avocado, houmous and house salad.
Chicken Caesar Salad
Chicken and crunchy cos lettuce, croutons, crispy bacon bits and caesar dressing, sprinkled with parmesan.
Cheesecake and chantilli cream.
Chocolate brownie, Belgian chocolate truffle, popping candy, salted caramel, chocolate fondue sauce and honeycomb.

Our Cocktail Master David was really good, taught us loads, he was funny and accommodated all of us! The masterclass was longer than we thought and we had the opportunity to create more cocktails than we thought too! Completely private space for the class was fab and the food after was amazing. We couldn't get over the value for money and would definitely recommend and book it again! Best part of my friends Hen do by far. Loved it!

Fantastic activity, must compliment the staff as they made the whole day entertaining and comfortable. The duration of the activity is brilliant as we felt we were occupied for the day. Food was a little slow to come especially as we had ordered it weeks in advance and we had had alcohol aplenty but were left waiting for over 45 minutes between courses. Unfortunately we went to the wrong venue as we did not know there was 4 Revolution bars in Liverpool and we did not know what one we were to go to. The staff at Revolution on Albert Dock were very helpful and rang around to find out where we were booked in and even ordered us taxis.
This was lead by a member of staff named Josh who was excellent. the atmosphere was great and it was a brilliant activity.

Had a great time and the cocktail making was alot of fun only downside was the meal after as waited a little longer than would have liked for drinks and my meal wasn't cooked so had to be sent back and by the time another came everyone had ate and I had waited that long I didn't want it but the server did give us all free shots to apologise
This made the weekend. The food was good. Cocktails yummy. The master class was brilliant. Our cocktail master Kev was a legend. He made it for us and we had such a fun time here! Would definitely return to revs!
Such a fun activity in a lovely private room at the top of the building. Very tasty food too. The whole package was great value for money but it’s a shame that we couldn’t change the time to later than 6pm.
Staff was great. Really enjoyed it. Food was absolutely fantastic.
Cocktail making was brilliant Matt was great fun and everyone really enjoyed themselves. It was also really good value for money the only thing is they got our food order wrong!! which we had several correspondence about!
