This 1.5-hour mobile class will take place at your own home, or your choice of venue in and around Oxford and is great for occasions including birthday parties and Oxford hen do’s.

Hosted by a friendly and professional mixologist, you’ll make three innovative concoctions using a mix of the professional bar and laboratory equipment supplied.

Your mixologist will give you a quick intro to your session, before delving straight into demonstrations of the drinks you’ll be making.

Be amazed as you observed scientific methods such as ph colour changing, spherification, equilibrium and molecular foams – prepare to be wowed!

Next up, it’s your turn! Each member of the group will try their hand at creating three molecular cocktails, using the scientific processes learned.
