Taking place at your home or choice of venue in and around Glasgow, this 1.5-hour mobile class is ideal for a range of occasions, including birthdays and Glasgow hen parties.

Hosted by a friendly and professional mixologist, you’ll learn everything you need to know to create your very own molecular, themed concoctions.

There’s no need to worry about buying ingredients or any special scientific equipment for this experience, as everything will supplied.

During this class, you’ll be taught how to create cocktails using scientific methods including ph colour changing, spherification, equilibrium and molecular foams.

The experience begins with a quick intro, before your mixologist launches into demonstrations of the drinks you’ll be making, using a fusion of both professional bar and laboratory equipment.

It’ll then be your turn to unleash your inner scientist! You’ll each make three, molecular concoctions under the watchful eye of your host.

There will also be the chance for your group to get involved in some brilliant drinking games during the class, which will be sure to up the fun factor.
