Prepare to be wowed with this incredible, molecular cocktail experience in Edinburgh!

This 1.5-hour mobile class will take place at your own home, or your choice of venue in Edinburgh and is great for a variety of occasions, including birthday parties and Edinburgh hen do’s.

The experience will be hosted by an expert mixologist, who will bring with them everything you’ll need for the session, so no purchase of scientific equipment will be necessary!

You’ll be taught how to create cocktails using scientific methods including ph colour changing, spherification, equilibrium and molecular foams.

Get ready for some incredible drink demonstrations from your mixologist, which use a combination of professional cocktail and scientific equipment – it’ll then be your turn to have a go!

Each person in the group will be able to create three unique and innovative drinks using the scientific processes taught.

Your mixologist will also incorporate some fun and interactive drinking games into your session, which are perfect for keeping the good times in full flow!

Age restriction: 18+. Please note, the mixologist can only travel a maximum of 15 miles from the city centre. This is a mobile activity so you will need to provide the venue. E.g. home, hen house, hired accommodation, function room etc.
