Spoil yourselves rotten with two awesome activities that’ll get everyone giggling from the get-go.

School sports day transports you back to your childhood as you're split into teams and put on coloured bibs and headbands to take on a number of fantastically retro events.

Get competitive as you go head to head in relay, egg and spoon, sack and three-legged races and have fun with hula hoops and space hoppers.

If you’re celebrating a birthday or hen do in Cardiff, you’ve probably thought about drinking some bubbles but why not try wearing them?

Bubble mayhen is a brilliantly bonkers experience that sees each of you inside a big, inflatable zorb and playing a hilarious selection of games including Bulldog, Queen of the Ring, Roly Poly Relay and more.

Expect to laugh, tumble and flail around on your back as you scramble to win as many games as possible.

An event coordinator provides all equipment and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
