Relax into an Online Yoga Class that you and your friends or colleagues can enjoy from home.
You’ll be invited to the session via video link, where an experienced instructor will be ready to guide you through the class.
All you need is a yoga mat, blanket or towel to exercise on and a bottle of water in case you get thirsty.
The class will begin with some simple breathing exercises that are used in most yoga practices. You’ll then move through some simple yet effective sequences that will get your blood pumping and your muscles working.
This form of exercise has huge benefits, not just to your strength and flexibility, but to your mind too. It has been proven to reduce stress and increase focus, making this a fantastic experience for remote teams looking to boost morale, and groups looking to do something different for a special occasion.
The session will end with guided meditation, so you’ll leave feeling totally relaxed and ready to face the day.
Due to the nature of an online class, no individual posture amendments can be made.
Each participant will need to have access to a computer/laptop/tablet and wifi connection.
Participants will need to ensure that they allow for a space of 21 ft2 / 2 m2 to participate at home with sufficient ceiling height to easily extend legs and arms.
If participants do not have a yoga mat we recommend they use a blanket or towel.
We will need to be notified in advance of any guests that are pregnant and any with injuries that may affect whether they can participate in the class or not.
We will provide attendees with an information sheet advising of how to prepare for the class in advance of the booking. This sheet will also include our terms and conditions for participating in the class.
