What's involved

Always wanted to try Pole Dancing but never had the confidence? Why not bring your best girls along to cheer you on in a party atmosphere and all have a go together?

Pole Dancing in Newcastle is the latest and greatest fitness craze, building strength, flexibility and, best of all, confidence. The friendly instructor will warm you up before teaching you some basic manoeuvres, spins and tricks.

Once confident, you’ll learn a killer routine incorporating these moves all-together. Don’t worry if you have two left feet, beginners and non-dancers are welcome and the session will go at the group’s pace.

We recommend bare arms and legs to best grip the pole. This activity takes place in private venues so you’re free to express yourselves in this light-hearted environment, making Pole Dancing an excellent choice for your birthday or bachelorette bash in Newcastle.

By the end of the session, you’ll be grinding and gliding like a pole superstar! We can imagine your excited faces if the nightclub you end up at later has a pole!

Important information

Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 10am-6pm. Please note, this venue may not be final. The venue for this activity will be confirmed approximately two weeks prior to your weekend date. This is due to the supplier working with a wide range of venues. It is at the discretion of the instructor and/or venue if the group wish to bring alcohol. Please notify us ASAP if you intend to do this. Please note, these activities are not always held in dance studios. The venue allocated could be a bar, nightclub or hotel conference room, for example.
