What's involved

This creative and cheeky activity is perfect for groups of fun-loving ladies looking for birthday or hen party ideas in Newcastle or just a great day out!

A friendly art teacher guides this fun life drawing class, making sure everyone feels comfortable before introducing you to the experienced, nude, male model. He’ll de-robe and give you plenty of (ahem!) inspiration as he assumes various poses.

Once the inevitable chuckles are out of the way, get stuck into creating your masterpiece. All drawing materials are provided, and the instructor will be on hand with handy hints and tips to help you get what you see in real life on to paper.

At the end, you can strike a few poses yourselves and capture some photos with the model. You’ll get a unique memento of fun Life Drawing in Newcastle with the girls, taking home your fine work of art to admire (or laugh at!) later.

This relaxed and memorable experience is sure to break to ice and get you girls giggling and bonding.

The Model: Whilst we all love a bit of eye candy, we favour professionalism over looks. We only work with the best professional male models who know exactly how to put your group at ease but who are not necessarily hunky stripper types. Age restriction: 18+. Please note, this venue may not be final. The venue for this activity will be confirmed approximately two weeks prior to your weekend date. This is due to the supplier working with a wide range of venues. It is at the discretion of the instructor and/or venue if the group wish to bring alcohol. Please notify us ASAP if you intend to do this.

Had a lot of laughs and had fun doing different drawings, think we were expecting a slightly different venue with proper easels and chairs, the location was a bit random, it didn’t look like the pictures. Also I think if we were to rebook we’d want a slightly younger model seeing as we were a hen party of mid twenties! Overall though the teacher of the class was great, really got us into it and we had fun. Thanks
