Celebrate Latin American flavours and whip up some fantastic drinks in this cocktail masterclass at Las Iguanas in Brighton.
On arrival, your group will be greeted with a caipirinha drinks reception before your welcoming and experienced bartender demonstrates and teaches you some of the tricks of the cocktail making trade.
Learn to make Las Iguanas’ signature drink, the delectable caipirinha cocktail. Brazil’s national cocktail mixes their indigenous spirit, cachaça with sugar and lime. Its distinctive flavour will instantly transport you to Rio and get you in the party mood!
You will make at least two cocktails each and also participate in interactive games, including races, blindfold buddies and tandem cocktail making, sure to ramp up the fun factor.
Once Cocktail Making in Brighton is over, you'll each receive a farewell drink to enjoy with some delicious tapas that really hits the spot.
Age restriction: 18+. Please bring proof of ID.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session starts. If you are late, the class will not be extended.

Spicy and sauced-up with your choice of: Honey peri-peri / Spicy BBQ jerk / Vivo; flaming hot habanero.
Roast duck and caramelised onion rolled in a char-grilled flour tortilla, with spicy cranberry salsa.
Tortilla filled with garlicky mushroom, chilli, thyme and cheese, folded, pan-toasted and served with roasted tomato salsa.

Cheese and Mango Empanadas
Two crispy pasties filled with brie and mango, served with sticky chilli jam.
Our take on a Brazilian favourite, crispy cheesy cubes served with sticky chilli jam.
Patagonian-style lamb meatballs with apple, mint, parmesan and a pinch of nutmeg. Braised in a rich tomato, mint and mild chilli sauce and served with ciabatta.

Great event! I've done a few cocktail making classes and this has to be the best. Would highly recommend for anybody with a real love of cocktails. The staff were very friendly and accommodating... and the food was delicious.
