Take your team back to their school days with this hilarious activity that’s perfect for team building in Cardiff.

School Sports Day does what it says on the tin, getting your group to split into teams or ‘houses’ to compete against each other across a range of brilliantly retro events.

They’ll go head to head in three-legged, egg and spoon, sack and relay races and loads of laughs with hula hoops, space hoppers and trying to balance those infamous bean bags on their heads!

A event coordinator will explain the rules and referee the games as well as getting everyone warmed up and kitted out in coloured bibs and headbands.

School Sports Day in Cardiff is a great conversation started, getting everyone to talk tactics, cheer their team mates on and reminisce about the good old days leading to a good old bonding session.
