What's involved

Las Iguanas in Nottingham is a vibrant, Latin American restaurant where you can enjoy a warm Latin welcome and our friendly hosts will do everything they can to make you feel at home. The dishes are bursting with authenticity and flavour. You will be intrigued by every taste, whether you prefer super spicy seasoning or cool coconut essences, and there's something for everyone on their tasty menu. All the food originates from Latin American, Indian, Spanish, Portuguese and African countries which makes for a totally indigenous experience. Chicken Quesadilla
Tortilla filled with spicy chicken, peppers, onion & cheese, folded, pan-toasted & served with roasted tomato salsa.
Albondigas
Patagonian-style lamb meatballs with apple, mint, parmesan & a pinch of nutmeg. Braised in a rich tomato, mint & mild chilli sauce & served with ciabatta.
Nachos
Corn tortilla chips, with melted cheese, topped with pico de gallo salsa, jalapeños, tomato salsa, sour cream & guacamole.

A classic recipe from north Brazil. Chicken and crayfish in our creamy lime and peanut sauce with spring onion rice, fine green beans, coconut farofa and sweet plantain.
