Bring your friends together and enjoy some mind, body and spirit therapy with this Mobile Yoga session in Manchester.
Whether you’re gathering for a catch-up with mates, hosting a birthday or celebrating a
hen party in Manchester, this will make for the perfect opportunity to take a breather and soak up some ‘zen’.
A professional yoga instructor will come to your chosen relaxation spot, whether it’s at your house, a hired space or in the great outdoors!
They’ll bring along as many mats that are needed and make sure that your space is prepared for an hour of pure yoga meditation.
The class can be tailored to your group’s ability levels.
Whether you can get your legs behind your head or you can barely touch your toes, the instructor will make sure everybody is comfortable and you’ll only be required to do as much as your body allows. (Don’t worry, nobody will be asked to put their legs behind their heads).
Important information
Please make your yoga teacher aware of any injuries or physical conditions prior to the class.
Please also let the activity provider know if any participants are pregnant, as depending on what trimester they are in, will depend on whether they can be accommodated.
Your yoga teacher will be able to teach all levels of yoga and can cater to different experience levels within the group.
The yoga teacher will arrive 15 minutes before the start time to set up and to ensure the space you have set aside is sufficient.
Please save a parking space for the teacher as they will be carrying a lot of mats. However, there may be occasions when the mats cannot be provided, in which case you will be asked to bring your own or provide a towel. This will be communicated to you before your class.
