Located on Elm Grove, this clean, airy and modern apartment is a haven for fun-loving hens that are looking for accommodation close to town. The property is part of Elm Grove House, but can be rented as a separate apartment for a smaller group of hens. If the upper floor flat is rented at the same time, guests will share the main entrance door, but will be given a separate key for the individual flats. There’s also an additional entrance that leads directly to the pub!
The lower floor itself is beautifully furnished and can sleep a maximum of 12 people comfortably. The floor is also home to two bright bathrooms, one of which being a large shower room and there is also a large entertainment area equipped with a TV, iPod dock and WI-FI. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, complete with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, utensils and dishwasher. There's also a large dining table which can seat four happy hens.
The pub below is called The Admiral and it’s well-loved by the friendly locals thanks to its well-priced drinks menu and relaxing pub garden.
This apartment can also be rented together with the other apartment in the building for groups of up to 26.

Lower Elm Grove house is just 15-minute walk away from the town centre, the same distance from the stunning Brighton Pavilion and a 20-minute walk away from the famous beach and the much-loved pier. The majority of clubs can be found on West Street and the forever colourful Kemp Town! Where there’s a great selection of quirky clubs, gay bars and traditional pubs, all of which are open ‘til late! If it's shopping you’re after, then Churchill Square offers all of your favourite high-street brands or alternatively there is an abundance of vintage shops and boutiques in the bohemian North Laine area.
