This beautiful house consists of two apartments. This offer allows you to rent the upper and lower flat if you have a particularly large group of girls. This will mean you have one front door key to the property, the doors to the apartments will be unlocked and you and your friends can, therefore, move freely around both apartments. The house is situated above a lively and friendly pub and is in an ideal location in relation to the town, pier, and beach. Both apartments are kitted out with Wi-Fi, a television, and kitchen facilities. The house even has a door leading directly into the pub from the main entrance hall!
The house is formed of two apartments, one sleeping 12 the other sleeping 14. They consist of six bedrooms, two lounges with three showers. The apartments are spacious and there is plenty of seating for all of your girls to chill out and relax in.

A distinct feature of the Elm Grove house is the pub which is situated below. The Admiral is very popular with Brighton locals which offer a range of well-priced drinks and special ales. There is a beer garden at the back of the pub, perfect for you girls relaxing on a sunny day outside.
