Unleash your inner scientist with this incredible, molecular cocktail making class!

This 1.5-hour mobile class will take place at your own home, or your choice of venue in Cardiff and is ideal for a multitude of occasions, such as birthday events and hen parties in Cardiff.

Your molecular cocktail class will be hosted by an expert mixologist, who will teach you the secrets to creating these unique drinks. All equipment and ingredients will be supplied.

Learn how to create cocktails using scientific methods including ph colour changing, spherification, equilibrium and molecular foams, using a fusion of professional cocktail and scientific equipment.

The class will begin with a quick intro from your mixologist, before delving straight into some scientific, drink demonstrations – it’ll then be your turn to have a go!

Every person in your group will each create three innovative drinks, using the fascinating scientific process taught.

Your class will also include some fun and interactive drinking games, which are perfect for keeping the good times in full flow!

Age restriction: 18+. Please note, the mixologist can only travel a maximum of 15 miles from the city centre. This is a mobile activity so you will need to provide the venue. E.g. home, hen house, hired accommodation, function room etc.
